Property and premises

We work in partnership with Gedling Borough Council and Newark and Sherwood District Council to run a joint property service to deal with commercial property letting and looking after our own land and buildings.  We make sure we use our assets most effectively.

Commercial properties to let

Currently, we have no industrial units or premises to let as they are fully occupied.

However if you email us at propertyservices@rushcliffe.gov.uk we will add you to our mailing list so we can contact you when properties for rent become available.
